Rascal House has had the privilege to serve hundreds of thousands of Clevelanders, local travelers, sports teams, students, and countless others. It is our goal to continue to bring the same quality products, service and opportunity to people and cities nationwide. The Original Wolfie’s offers an expansive catering menu featuring many of our favorite deli items, such as lox and bagels platters, cold cuts, and deli sandwiches. A Rascal treats people with respect and lifts up their team. They celebrate their team’s accomplishments and recognizes their own strengths and weaknesses. Rascals don’t allow people who don’t share their values to hurt their team or their customers.
The Menu
However I ordered loaded waffles fries n got plain which was ok but paid for something i didnt get. Service was kinda awkward as I gave her $10 extra because I misheard her. The pizza tastes like gioninos and a lot cheaper so I'll def be back. Rascal house will help make you the office hero or host with the most!

After the first couple years in business, word got out that Rascal House was a unique place to get high quality food, and customers were hungry for it! Even back in the early 80’s, the menu featured pizza, sandwiches, hamburgers, French fries, salads, and more! People loved the variety, but more importantly, they loved being able to get it all at one place. In 1980, Mike and Fouly Frangos turned their passion for food and service into a high quality fast food restaurant in downtown Cleveland. Mike focused on serving people with a smile and serving them quickly. Fouly focused on making sure the recipes were exceptional and the presentation of the food was extraordinary.

Desperate for the Rascal House’s famed deli fare? You’ll find it next door at the Original Wolfie’s where the best menu items of both historic brands are fully available. If you're a do-it-yourselfer in the kitchen, you'll be able to buy a pound of this or a pint of that. Freshly prepared hot foods can be packaged for take home merely to be heated, plated, and put on your own table. Sit down for a meal with family, grab a bite with friends, or order items to-go.

Epicure Market, in addition to Southern California’s Jerry’s Famous Deli. Rascal House had the quintessential elements of a Jewish delicatessen, namely a large selection of deli soups and sandwiches (typically listed on an oversized laminated menu), a bowl of cold pickles and a basket of assorted rolls for every table. While Rascal House's featured dish was their classic stacked corned beef sandwich, they also served Jewish home cooking, such as matzah brei, a breakfast meal consisting of strips of matzoh cooked like scrambled eggs. For several years, Wolfie's featured a sign that read "The only thing that needs to come dressed is our chickens!"[1] (meaning dining was casual, not clothing optional). Cohen also founded a third Jewish deli, Pumpernik's, at 67th Street and Collins Avenue, which is also closed. We’re proud of our history, our reputation, and the fact that we’re still a Cleveland hometown favorite.
